BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION: After requesting (booking) an appointment, you will receive text message instructions on how to make a deposit of $10 to confirm your date and time. You will then receive a text message with your confirmation, including ADDRESS and PARKING INSTRUCTIONS.
LATE: Clients who are running late are encouraged to communicate as soon as possible.
5-10 minutes takes a significant amount of time out of your session and limits the kind of styles and designs you can choose from.
20-25 minutes may require a small inconvenience fee (your deposit) and your appointment may be rescheduled to a more convenient time for everyone.
Please consider those who have appointments after you.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: Services may be refunded on a case-by-case basis. Clients are encouraged to voice concerns and questions during their appointment and feel comfortable letting us know exactly what they want.
Cancellations: Clients may reschedule their appointment if they provide at least 4hrs notice. PLEASE PROVIDE NOTICE OF AN CANCELLATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Your deposit will be used to confirm you rescheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 4hr notice will be considered a no show and a new deposit will be required to confirm an appointment.
